Where can I purchase Pebble & Co. products?

At this time, Pebble & Co products are only available directly at pebblehair.com.

Where is Pebble & Co. based and where are products made?

We are based in New York and we also have an R&D lab in Taipei, Taiwan where all our products are manufactured. 

Do Pebble & Co. products contain sulfates, parabens, or artificial dyes?

No, all Pebble & Co. products are free of sulfates, parabens, and artificial dyes. We strive to use natural ingredients without sacrificing the effectiveness and quality of our product. 

Does Pebble & Co. test products on animals?

No, we maintain a cruelty-free environment and do not test animals in any phase of our product development or manufacturing process. Our products are tested by the founders prior to release.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You should expect to receive your order within 3-4 business days. We primarily use USPS for shipping.

Shipping

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Due to current shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. Please e-mail us at returns@pebblehair.com to initiate the return process.

Customer happiness and satisfaction are very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products or if your expectations are not met, we will gladly issue you a full refund (minus shipping & handling fees). Refunds will be issued once we receive the remainder of any unused products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping or handling costs.
